Sparky Neon® Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

• Indoor Signs: Covered under a 24-month warranty.

• Outdoor Signs: Covered under a 12-month warranty.

• Electrical Components (power supply, adapters, dimmers): Covered for 12 months when used under appropriate conditions.

Important:
Warranty begins from the date of purchase or invoice. To maintain coverage, all electrical components must be sheltered from direct exposure to elements such as rain or sunlight. Improper installation or failure to protect components may void the warranty.

Sparky Neon does not cover items (e.g., power adapters, dimmers) purchased through third-party marketplaces like Amazon, nor does it cover issues caused by incorrect or unsafe assembly or installation.

Warranty for Hard-Wired & Installed Signs

Sparky Neon does not assume responsibility for any costs associated with installation or removal of signs. If a product is hard-wired or altered by an electrician, any claims under warranty will be assessed at our sole discretion.

Replacements

Our products are crafted with care and undergo strict quality checks. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we provide support for repairs or replacements. Warranty coverage applies only to indoor (24 months) and outdoor (12 months) signs from the date of purchase. Final resolution—including refund or replacement—is determined after reviewing the issue in detail.

Reporting Faulty Products

To help us resolve the issue promptly:

• Provide a short video and photos of the sign clearly showing the problem.

• Submit a description of the issue and the purchase details.

We may provide instructions to troubleshoot the issue remotely. If the issue cannot be resolved, we’ll offer a replacement. In rare cases where a replacement isn't feasible, a refund may be issued at our discretion. Refunds will never exceed the original purchase price (excluding shipping).

Note: Do not discard any components. Replacements are issued only for defective parts.

Important Notes on Neon Signs

All Sparky Neon signs are handmade, which may result in slight variations in size, color, or font. Sizes include the acrylic backing and may differ by 1–3 inches.

Some visible glue marks are normal due to manual LED placement. Minor discoloration may also occur due to lighting conditions, monitor settings, or long exposure to sunlight/UV rays.

Operational sounds, mild heat, or fan noise in larger signs are typical and not considered defects. Proper ventilation for power supplies is recommended.

About UV-Printed & Illuminated Signs

Colors are printed using calibrated CMYK systems for best accuracy, but minor variations may occur. These are not considered defects. If precise color matching is required, please provide detailed instructions during ordering.

Note:
We do not accept returns or refunds due to subjective differences in color, tone, or brightness. Any concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Illuminated signs may show slight color variation when turned off, which is normal.

Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice damage, take the following steps within 7 days:

1. Record an unboxing video.

2. Capture clear photos of:

   • The damaged sign.

   • All sides of the outer packaging.

   • The shipping label.

Email the above to support@sparkyneon.com. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.

If confirmed as damaged or faulty due to shipping, we will send a replacement free of charge. Changes to design or delivery address after shipping may incur additional costs.
